How do I cancel an order on skiftcare.com?
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at care@skift.co.in. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.

As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged/shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

ETRE CARE PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any damages in transit.

How will I get my money back after cancellation? What are the modes of refund available?
Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund. If however the return is found not eligible for a refund, we will courier the same back to you on a to-pay basis. In either scenario, your return issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving the return package from you.

Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or in case of incorrect product been shipped. An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent to care@skift.co.in within the stipulated time in order for us to accept the request.

If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7-10 working days of receiving the request from you.

For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14-16 working days of requesting a refund.
